Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can forward electronic mails from one mail account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and defend your email box accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired emails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox you wish to forward emails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
